Initially, I was unhappy, as my puppy was much more dominant that I was expecting, and was quite frustrated. I even toyed with the idea of selling him at when he was about 14 wks. I'm so glad I didn't do that.
He is the absolute best dog I've ever owned. He's a handful, but he is my best friend, a fearless protector, and the sweetest most gentle soul I've ever encountered. He is great with kids, great with my elderly parents, and great with the neighbors. He is an incredible watchdog, and moves with a surety and grace that is incredible for his size. I believe Mr. Matusak was a good breeder, and that I received a great puppy for the money. He has had no health problems, other than a case of round worms as a young puppy, which cleared up quickly. The only thing I would say about him that can be a negative is that he drools considerably more than I was led to believe Corsos do. Other than that, he is the best, and I hope to get another Corso puppy soon.
